Shipping policy

We are based in Chicago,Il , USA. We offer fast shipping to customers worldwide . All orders ship weekdays within 2 business days of placing an order unless stated otherwise.

Holiday Orders

Due to high volume of orders Holidays orders will be shipped out as fast as possible. Please allow 5 business days before orders ship out.

 If you have questions about your shipment our fully staffed team can assist you at anytime.

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class.

 All orders require a processing time of up to 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will ship. 

Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be delivered via Priority Mail.

Overnight shipping is available for US customers.

Once the package has left our office  and  has been received by the post office.  A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.

If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re shipped.

 

If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable to send a replacement package.  You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.
